Working on more backdrops for the game. Size and scope are hard things to juggle as a lone developer. In a perfect world I'd have all the time to get inspired and create more art assets. But the world isn't perfect and it's as though I have to fight to find time and inspiration for everything I create.
Perhaps that's what coloured the more sombre tone of the background I managed to rustle up today. Hopefully, more time will be given to me to finish my game faster and include better assets to it.
In the grander plan I had hoped to make perhaps 10-16 backgrounds for people to vote on. But we'll see how many backgrounds I come up with first lol.
